it came from blu ray but sometime it redeem as sd why i did not list it as hd or sd

huh i have never seen that happen didnt know that could be an issue. if i buy it and that does happen i would put in a support ticket usually they want a picture of the slip and the bluray would you provide that if i needed to put in a support ticket? i like this movie just sd looks horrible on our tv downstairs and i am couchbound righr now temp disability.
