I have a couple questions so I can buy with confidence.

By the way, I live the item so please don't take offense to my questions; I just need to know what I'm getting into.

1-I noticed that you said $31.00 retail, exact shipping, and no buyer's remorse. Do you charge a fee for handling to recoup the $31.00? I don't mean any disrespect, and your reviews don't indicate that, but I just wanted to be sure that wasn't what you are trying to say.
2. If not, I would love to by your item. But, I only have 94K and am unable to do surveys or sell for about 2 weeks. If it doesn't sell, will you listing again later, or consider a GIN of 94K now?
3. My husband has supported wolf causes all his life. He is a super cool man, had been a caretaker to me for years, and this would make him smile. He would wear it for sure.
