It has a knot to adjust that. It easily fits someone with a wrist of 3.25 inches wide with plenty of space. And it can get really small if you wish too. :)

Thank you! She needs 8.5 (SNUG) and that's putting one one not slipping over the knuckles. The Groves are big boned... She is 5ft 11 in.... I don't think this would fit her. SOO wish it would. Thank you though!!
