I will give as many details here as I know because I do not always see my messages. I will ONLY ship within the United States. I do not do GIN and I will not lower the days.

That being said.....

This is an iPhone 4. It is 8GB. It has been my phone for a long time. I just recently upgraded, but I thought someone here might want it. It has been cracked for a long time and has always worked. It is dirty from years of use. But still works good! I have cleared it and reset it - it is NOT iCloud locked. It began its life on AT&T but has been on Straight Talk for a couple years. I will also include a USB power cord. All buttons work and it charges and holds a charge well.

Yes. It was ATT and then Straight Talk, so yes.
