Measures approx 24" across pit to pit (but will slightly stretch). top to bottom 30", has a large square neckline that has underneath elastic around entire chest bunched up & scalloped (front only) with tie back & flare out bottom, short sleeve arms

brand unknown but came from my namebrand lot-mixed in, polyester -slightly stretchy-very cute.

ladies 3X
Turquoise blue green color-solid, more blue than green

Nice & feminine, great for summer-this is one unique cool dress top!! If it fit me-I'd wear it!

This is preowned-in good shape-no stains or tears-good for the office-almost like new, lighter weight for warm days but well made

believe 100% polyester

It is a top-lol- but I put in dress for dressier for example nice enough to use as a work top rather than just casual-thanks!!!
