well I wear a size 13 in jeans but a small to medium in shirts, so Im not for sure if this would fit me or not, could u help me out?

The top around the bust area is a lil stretchy. It has an empire (high waist) that begins just below the bust area and is a flowing sheer material (fully lined and not see thru). I think it will fit your size. Thanks for looking. Hope this helps.
