This is the second Robin Kane mystery and I'd say it's a little better than the first. Mindy and Michael's father is borrowing a special golden fish from the museum. But when he is ready to use the fish for a documentary movie he is making, the fish goes missing. When he continues to go on with the movie hoping the fish will turn up, things keep happening to slow down the movie. Robin begins to think that someone is purposely sabotaging things to slow down the movie. But Mindy and Michael's father only has a certain amount of time to finish the movie or he will have to pay a big fee. Robin comes up with an ingenious plan to trap the 'Phantom'. Will it work? Or will the 'Phantom' get away and continue to cause damage?
