These are basic size nose rings, you can use any size of a nose ring to keep the hole open.

I have one thats not pictured its a nose screw, its perfect for new piercings, i actually am a Tattoo artist and piercer and the nose screw is the best. If you win i could make sure you get it and it will be sterilized and ready to wear soon as you receive it or i can put up a second auction with just it, the stone in it is green. All of my stuff is new and never used, i just pick it up from the tattoo shop.
