This is a set of kawaii Little Twin Stars sticky tabs from Japan. These are made of transparent plastic film, which is useful because you can both write on top of them, and see what is under them.

Important: Since they're plastic, you'll have to use oil-based ink, such as permanent marker or a standard ballpoint pen. Gel pens and washable marker are water-based and will smear on a plastic surface.
