I'm it sure. I ordered from someone on gere saying they would be good for candles/soap and they had cut them to make them skin safe. They smelled good, but only good for a body oil or something. I can't use them in my candles or soaps because I need something way more concentrated, thus my highly scented candles. Sorry for being leary, but I really only work with a few suppliers online and one locally. Thank you for fanning, will fan back.
So you make soy soap? Do you have any now? Im really trying to find homemade soysoap, not commercial-they add to many extras. PLease if you dont have any made, would you consider making them for Listia/ They are the best for any age w skin but I am 63 and I have made a startling discovery since the first bar that my "English" skin seems to be more resilient and not any drying effect. LOVE SOY SOAP! Please make some or have some already to list....I willll bid high! Legend Laraine
I have a bar of goats milk soap, I believe. I do have soybean oil and soymilk, so I can make some; however, it would be pretty soft with pure soybean oil. It would help to do a mix of coconut and soybean and maybe a little palm oil. I also have cocoa and shea butters, jojoba and hempseed oils. Do you prefer scented or unscented? I have fragrance oils and also some essential oils.
I have been using Soy soaps without all the extras except they are made with I believ either hydroganated oil or non but one of the 2 is better fo r aged skinf(IM 63 with hardly a wrinkle and I want to keep it that way:) Anyway, what is the goats mil like? Does it wash off extremely quick? Thats one of things I like about my soy soap. I have the ingredients and the directions to make but Im lazy I guess plus thought if you had some, it would be helping a fellow Listiam. Legend Laraine I will go look for your soaps now.
