Shoulder seam to bottom is about 32 inches,between armpits is about 26 inches frontside, material is unknown, it does stretch

When I refer to "tags" I did not mean store tags. rather the tags that are normally inside the top, either at the neckline or side seam. They are ALWAYS inside a garment unless they have been cut out. The condition of the top is almost impossible to ascertain from the two pics that you have included and thus unless you specifically say if it is used, and if so in what condition, ie. stains, rips, tears, snags, etc. etc. there is really no way to tell. I was very interested in this item but your attitude has turned me off completely.
