I think this might be my new favorite squash! It is about the size of a larger acorn squash, but a bit softer skinned. The inside has the taste and texture of a sweet potato. Delicious!

Great for winter storage, these have a really long shelf life and hence are great for anyone trying to stretch their food budget into the winter :) They're about a 90 day squash though, so start early if you're in a Northern climate.

This auction is for 10+ seeds, which should give you more than enough squash to eat and share for months.
