They have deep feelings for the dragon, and are proud to call themsevles "the offspring of the dragon".
China is the birthplace of dragon culture. This has ben shown by relics of the Neolithic Age discovered in the Yellow River, Yangtze River and Liaohe River Basins.
Dragon was one of the totem worship images in remote times when people liked to use the images of creatures or plants which they held in awe as symbols of their tribes. They believed that totem worship could bring them protection and good luck.
Chinese dragon is of magic power. It can change the length of its body as it wishes, it can either fly or swim and it can even bring rainfalls.
People in ancient China often offered sacrifices to Dragon for favorable weather and good harvest. In the Warring States Period (475-221BC), dragon was often drawn in the painting on silk.

I'd love a piece or two of raw labradorite! I still think this dragon is cooler than a elephant though and I still wish you had a gin up for this guy but I can wait if I must ;)

I was so young when we lived there.. Like 5 years old. Then we moved to Alabama and then Japan for 3 years.. My dad was in the Air Force growing up so we did a lot of moving.. I was born in Korea. We're all over the place growing up lol.. But yes!! Ooo I would love to see your azurite! I wish I could go dig some up! Im about ready to break the bank for a nice azurite Crystal specimen sprinkled with little malachite druzy pompoms... Ooo my dream rock lol

Hahahhaha... Maybe a crystal beer stein lol... I'm really itchin for a big one with some color. And I don't mind paying a higher gin for a nice piece. I know they're not cheap. I got a awesome huge citrine piece from a guy on here just can win the mail today and it's beautiful! Man I love it. I really would love a nice azurite cluster, or a large Celestite cluster, or a ghost cluster, or a spirit quartz cluster... Something with some color but natural and not dyed. That's awesome that you're from Germany makes sense German ladies are some spit fires! ;) I used to live there myself as a kid for a little while :) my brother was born there :)

I have a good sized Azurite I found out here... I gotta go tothe docs but will put a pic in my album tonight....I can't stand the dyed stuff either but tons of people do! My parents were both from Koln, and I spent a couple of years there as a teen, just took a break from school ( jr high) cuz it bored me... lol! Brought home some pretty badazz steins though!!!!

I will go through them all, I have a tough time parting with them, but I also have 5 safes at home 2 at my cabin, and 3 big safe deposit boxes at the bank!!!! they are all full of crystals gold , silver, certificates, old and foreign money, German Hitler youth daggers, tons of German stuff, since that's where I'm from.... lol!
