The listing, iPod Nano 3rd Generation 8GB has ended.

iPod is in perfect working condition, still has some music on it too. You will get ipod and usb cable only. The front is in good condition with maybe 2-3 very light scratches, the back does have alot of light scratches from normal use. It is silver in color.

Will upload pics tonight.

I will do free shipping if auction reaches 4000 but no less.

I only accept paypal for shipping costs, and item will ship within 24 hours after receiving shipping costs and address.

When you upload images, please upload a front view both powered on and off and a rear view all with the same background, and this ipod must also be restored to its factory settings, and all music must be removed..the music is non transferrable. and copyright rules apply. thanks

I am curious about something, I do not see how leaving music on a used ipod when I sell it is violation of copyright, I am not selling the music or videos, only the ipod, but for legal purposes the ipod will be wiped clean before shipping.

well, even if u did leave the music on it, iTunes would wipe it when someone else tried to use with their library. i know cuz my computer crashed once and i had to set up a new library. my iPod got wiped!
