Questions & Comments
Yes, it usually is. There are so many types of decks, from very traditional to very liberally interpreted. Many people, especially those who collect them, have distinct preferences. The symbolism in a deck is central to its interpretation. Another important factor is whether the cards are new or have been used. Some people are ok with used, but others feel that cards that have been used may carry over an influence from the previous owner and prefer a "clean" deck. Tarot, like any other form of divination, is very much a matter of personal preference. The more information you can provide about the deck, the better your chances of generating interest. This deck is not something I would personally use, but it could be a beautiful fit for others, and don't forget collectors. Good luck with your auction and have a wonderful holiday season. :-)
I think that lotusmira wanted to see other auctions you held with decks and see how they went. You can see recent auction activity in a person's profile. I took a peek, but you do not seem to have had any recent past auctions for a deck, so that would explain why they could not find one... Do you know the name of the deck or the illustrator? That would help people out a lot if they are considering bidding. :-) Good luck, and have a happy holiday season.
