I was in love with my 1st baby doll her name was thumbelina 1962 whew long time ago! lol we lived in California and were moving back to Michigan 1964, I put her too bed on a luggage rack and covered her up with her blankie we left the next morning in a rush...I forgot my Beautiful baby in the bed...I cried for I dont know how long it still makes me sad to this day! about 8 years ago my sister got me a Thumbelina doll for Christmas at an antique store... ya I cried again happy tears she still winds up and everything her hair is a little worn but she has a beautiful bonnet and a long white christening gown on with white booties I treasure my little baby...sorry so long but you know girls and there baby dolls....
