E.R.O. Ear Wax Removal System with Chamomile and Aloe. The box states it can safely be used by anyone 12yrs old and over. The box has never been opened. It's kinda dented on one side bc of the lady who bagged our items. We purchased it to use on our son without reading the back where it states that the product should only be used by those 12yrs or older. We have no need for it and have long since lost the receipt. So, our loss is your gain.
