I can understand that... the price is slightly elevated because if the price were higher I would not ask for more, would have to pay difference.
Am giving a price estimate based on the amount $31.80 and price for transport to Post Office. It is 24 pounds. As per Listia guidelines I can include price of incidentals to get it delivered it to you. Hope this is helpful. Good luck n bidding and winning.

u have exact shipping but ur telling everyone an estimated shipping. so if I was to bid & win and then be told a higher $ then what happens???? I have to come up with more $ to pay the shipping?? why not just give everyone an exact shipping amount . can u do it that way? as to do an exact amount .

If your items shipping is listed as exact, you can only charge what the EXACT cost of the shipping is. It is unfair for you to add in additional "handling" charges after you have promised to only charge your customer exactly what it costs you...

That is correct, I only plan to use costs. As I said, it is an estimate based on the quote from USPS and transport to P.O. for this heavy item. I checked the guidelines and am able to do this.
