I'm not sure if it plays on windows 7 or vista. We can't use any cd's with this computer, but the booklet says DOS based and DOS 3.11-4.0 or DOS 5.0. The customer service # is (714) 833-1999. I just called, but didn't get through. I'll update this when I have more info.
