I actually have two Pikachu 23K Boxes. The Red one and I also have the Blue one. The Blue one is the only open box that I have. If I give out just the pikachu one for all three Pokeballs then that wouldn't be honest.

I've checked all the Boxes and yet no air, but instead some cool cards inside these shiny pokeballs. Only one has an figurine inside :)

They are only rare when the clear packaging is COMPLETELY SEALED :) All of these that I have are not open or fiddled with. Only the box, but not the clear packaging and the Pokeball which keeps the Cards inside !
