It is a light fabric that dries quickly. i don't know how it works, but it does indeed work. the miracles of modern manufacturing technology. if you would like a more scientific explanantion, i'm sure you can google. i'm not the manufacturer, just a happy consumer.
i have only used oxygen bleach with mine, but not every time. i stay away from regular beach, becuase it's not healthy for our water supply, the environment, or people. stay healthy :-)
oxygen bleach?>?????? you do realize CL and O do not bond since the are both negatively charged particles well they can , but it would be a ridiculous amount of energy involved... I think you mean h202 bleach . Which is just bleach with hydrogen peroxide.
whatever you would prefer to call it is fine with me. a generic term for that type of product is "oxygen bleach." if it makes you feel smarter to "break it down" for me like that, then i am glad i gave you the opportunity.
