I give them 2 days, if it is on friday i wait until monday because some people use their work computers to get on here.

I understand your frustration, as it happens to me all the time. As far as Listia Rules go, you cannot refuse to ship to California or any other state for that matter. I am in California and people forget the time difference here. I will have messages asking me why I haven't marked the item received and I have to remind them...I am at work. Evening somewhere else in the U.S. in afternoon for me.

I can understand a day or 2 or if it's on a weekend that they get the item but I have them that have not contacted me or answered any messages from the time they win until well never. I also have seen at least 4 sellers on here that have been a member for years that have on their listing that they will not send to California. I am from California. I do know that people have other things to do but i can see that they signed in and still refuse to mark it. It has been 9 days that emt9031 got their item and has just brushed me off. and has done it to many others on here. This waiting is not fair to us, it should be 3 days tops after they get their item for our credits to be released by listia. It is 100s of credits i am waiting for. I am about to just say i am done with all this. Too many scams and too many ungrateful people on here.

I absolutely agree with you. I just wanted you to know that if you put that you refuse to ship to California, the listing will get flagged and removed. The people doing that just haven't been caught. When you say you will ship to the United States, it has to be every state, including Alaska and Hawaii....and California..lol. I leave neutral feedback and block the offenders who refuse to acknowledge receipt of the items. If enough people block them, they will get the idea. Good luck! I will be bidding towards the end and, if I win, will definitely mark received and leave positive feedback :-)

I am just aggravated I always let them know i got it as soon as i do, yes i have blocked them and i will not leave any good feedback for them. when i do i am sure they will leave neg for me but oh well. Thank for listening to me rant.. :)
