Actually $4 is fine, because shipping is $2 if you do first class, a padded envelope costs about $1, and first class packages must be taken to a post office, and not picked up. Then you have to figure in gas.So what's the problem? It's a free game for crying out loud! Get over it! Better yet, step aside, as I'll bid on it and pay for shipping happily.
