I don't believe so I just look it does not have the makers Mark on the watch at all but it is new has lots of features on the watch and yes it is a smartwatch

It A u8 smartwatch..they ok..it won't do apps or games. They basically a intro to smartwatches... Google u8 smartwatch so u can see all features. Not trying to k 9ck your auction..but just answering questions since u didn't know.
