Vintage Hand Carved in Spain Wooden Mortar & Pestle Set w/ Brass Accents

Hand carved dark wood mortar and pestle. This set was crafted in Spain. It is solid wood, with a few brass accents along the top and bottom rims, and on the handle of the pestle. It is in excellent vintage condition. There is no sign of drying or cracks on either piece.

No, it does not have a 'scent'. Not that I've ever noticed, anyway. And I've had it here on my desk for the past 6-8 months or so...
Just smelled it, and it actually has no smell what-so-ever! LOL! Thought I would at least smell 'wood'. But there's nothing...
Nope! Had my daughter smell it, too. She says, "No smell". LOL! =)
