this cell phone was used only a month. i don't like touch screens. it's toouch screen, slide out keyboard,and a camera. i got the phoe through virgin mobile. thereare no scratches on the screen and it comes with the original charger. merry christmas.

never had to use a PIN while it was activated.

you need a pin to activate
and to top-up using the virgin mobile website

You can deactivate this phone at any time and rese tit to manufactures settings. I have been a Virgin Mobile user since they came out. And have probably been through a dozen phones also since then. My most recent pucrhase was last month. Got the new phone and activated in under 10 mins with my old phone number and my old phone was ready to be used by someone else right then an there. As long as the original owner resets to mfrsettings its good to go. You can also call VM 800# and they will walk you through it=)
