no it works for the ds lite also, and ill look for the cord but you dont need it, i updated the action replay, so it literally already has thousands of cheats on it...

a cheat device for gaming alot of people make bad comments about because they are gaming purists meaning they believe that anyone that uses these devices are worse then hackers. ignore people and try them out for yourself, i have a couple for the PS2 and even have a game genie for the original gameboy and never had any problems with action replay yet on any system i have had for it. the only time i ever use it is after i have beaten a game allready and just want to explore and unlock everything afterwords (infinite health comes in handy at times like that lol) but yeah dont look at others bad comments, you have to judge for yourself on if something is worth it, best bet go to your local game store (gamestop, gamers, etc....) and ask to see one there, then decide if ya want to buy one :-)
