FREE: Gorgeous Red Rose Hair Clip/Brooch -Big and Beautiful- Make a Statement w/This!! *Handmade*

Well, thank you so much, my dear! I believe what is up on facebook is all original artwork from me and I usually either keep it (rarely, lol) or give it as gifts, but the more comments I get, especially about the jewelry making I get to thinking I should branch out and post some one a nice website somewhere to get a bit more of a name for myself going.

I have collaborated cross country on music (I am a pianist and vocalist -- I was going to a great private university here w/performance scholarships for both) and that worked nicely for what we were doing but everyone is just SO busy these days! My days of creating original artwork on paper are far and few between as I am "mom" to my boyfriend's 7 month old son whose mother passed away 3 days after he was born which happened to be last Mother's Day.

I do get time to do jewelry here and there though -- so keep watching my auctions, I usually end up having a couple of pieces of jewelry posted at once.

This hair clip (or brooch if you choose) is made with the same clip and the same way I have made many others for Listia in the past and even the women who have the baby fine stick straight hair have told me that they were surprised that they DID stay in their hair wonderfully. The clip is about 2 1/2" long and is a pointed spring clip that is sturdy and the brooch pin that's on the back too doesn't get in the way of wearing it in your hair -- I have plenty of these I've made for me that have the same and don't get in the way of wearing them.

So, the clip is a barrette with a spring hinge on it that just closes once you let go of the hinged clip end and it's in your hair.
