Frame is a 12 by 15 , new as you can see has places for many pictures, this is not just for school pictures, any pictures can be used.

Tracking may or may not be made available, depends on size of package, etc.
IF you insist on tracking and it is not available for the size package I am sending, I will send you my mailing address and you can send me the tracking cost.

Will be shipped in a large flat rate box from post office with tracking and insurance.I will wrap it good so it want break, but if it does then you will need to contact the post office since their is insurance on it and you will have the item. I can`t return the shipping cost due to this cause it will not be my fault its the post office and you can get the shipping cost back after you show them it was broken in shipping.Cause you will have the insurance information on the package.I was told this by the post office lady.But you have to show proof it was broken when you got it not 3 or 4 days later.

Would I be able to remove the matte and replace it with a different one?
Is it glass or plastic front?
Also, can it be hung on a wall?

Thank you my friend, I am home but will have to go back on the 15th of September, they couldnt do the surgery at this time.Blood is way too thick.
Yes,it can be hung on the wall, it has its on clasp with two tenny nails to fix on it either way you want to hang it.
It has plastic over it meaning sealed up , it looks like plastic or temper glass.
Which is very thin plastic like glass.
And for the matting yes it can be removed so you could put something else in the frame.
Yes I still combine shipping on everything unless its : live plants, mystery boxes which would be already full.And sometimes if its glass ware I do not add more breakables too it.
I am home to take it easy til I go back to hospital .
My boyfriend is helping me until he goes back on the road.
