This card came from the same Mega Rayquaza Collection box I mentioned in my Mega Gallade listing - the box was clearly tampered with and unfortunately I suffered the loss of several cards that were flawed replacements from whoever tampered with my box. Definitely not buying from MTGbiz anymore! This Raquaza would have been mint had the minor damage occurred to the areas of the card shown in this listing's photos. Let the photos be your guide to the specific condition of the card; it's not collectible for me but most people aren't nearly as picky as I am about cards.
