Questions & Comments
I would like to know if there are black & white illustrations or color of each story. And how many illustrations are there? Also is this a first edition? Thanks Pam I am your friend now & I will be watching. Thanks Pam
Hi Pam. This book is contains 6 selections meaning stories. The stories are from Irving's Sketch Book. There are not any illustrations. This book was published in 1893 but the copyright is dated 1878. I hope I've answered your questions. I've fanned ya back! Thanks.
Makinslow - Please disregard my previous answer. I was answering a list of questions and comments and your other question was right after this one so I gave you the wrong information. This information is for the Raggedy Ann book. I will make a new comment on this thread to answer your questions to help clear up the confusion that I've caused for everyone. BTW, fanned ya back!
ATTENTION EVERYONE!!!! Makinslow asked some questions that were incorrectly answered above. Here is the correct information...The binding is so tight on this book that I can't tell if the pages are stitched or just glued. I'm assuming that because I don't see any stitching that the binding is glued??? The pages are numbered at the top of the page. Pages on the left have the number in the upper left corner and pages on the right have the number in the upper right corner. I'm so sorry about the confustion. Please feel free to ask questions if I've not clarified something for you. A big thank you to everyone.
