3 antique hot plates. Not cast Iron. Not sure what they are made of. I had them hanging in my kitchen as a border with the rest of them.

No I think they are aluminum actually but my others are heavier/cast iron.

The small ones, including the owl ones, are 4-6" long and the larger ones are 9" long and 5" wide.

I've always referred to them as hot plates because they let you place hot dishes on them without burning the table top, however yes by definition they are trivets. Most call them either or.
