This auction is for a vintage manual for a Dormeyer mixer (much like today's Kitchen Aid mixers). It is in excellent condition apart from a stained area on edge of pages (see pics). But sometimes we cooks get messy ;) Booklet of 34 pages (some b&w photos) and many recipes! Fascinating piece of Americana.
