Oh just one last question-- so if someone who wanted to get the last bid by 9pm ends up having his/her bid load at 9:01 your time, does that mean he loses but he ends up paying for the win of the person who bid before him and the person "winning" the auction pays 0 credit?

Yes that person will forfeit their points and winner will get this free! That's why I have in the description to read description before bidding! If that person fails to do that, then it's their own fault!
