Here is an RCA VHS CAMCORDER MODEL CMR 300, I am unsure of condition as far as it turning on or not because the charger is missing. It comes in the original hard case with all original parts, battery and connections just no charger. I do remember this camcorder was working before it was put in storage but without charger I can't garantee it now
