per Listia rules the buyer or winner of the auction has 7 days from the end of the auction to get their Listia verified home address to the seller

per Listia rules the seller has 7 days from receiving the winners Listia verified address to mail the won auction item.

so if the winner waits til the 7th day from the end of the auction to send the seller their Listia verified home address and then if the seller waits their 7 days from receiving the winners Listia verified home address that is an total of 14 days from the end of the actual auction. then if it takes another 7 days in the mail system from the time the won auctions item leaves the sellers house that is an grand total of 21 days from the ending of the original auction.....wow i can now understand why you are thinking that the USPS is very, very slow.

but it the winner sends the seller their Listia verified address as soon as the auction ends and the seller ships within the next couple of days, and it takes only 3 days for the winner to get their won items, that means that an normal auction that has ended should only take 3 to 5 days for the winner to get their won item.

Not sure what your point is. A seller told me his buyers didn't get their items for a long time. I mail my items out immediately when I get their addresses.

so I was showing how that 2 or 3 week period could happen.
but if the winner sends their Listia verified address as soon as the auction ends, and if the seller ships as soon as they get the Listia veriied address, it should NOT take 2 or 3 weeks for the winner to get their won item.
