This pin is part of my mother's jewelry. I don't know what the metal is, but it is not gold (tested). It is very hard though.

Intricate top design feels like a hard clay but not sure.

The piece is quite heavy at 23.2 grams! Size is 2" x 2 1/2" and is worn horizontal (as pictured).
