This is a cute stuffed doll, about 9" tall. Her name is Madeline and she is the character from the book by Ludwig Bemelmans.
A little background: The books focus on a group of girls in a Catholic boarding school in Paris. Madeline is the smallest of the girls. She is seven years old, and the only redhead. She is the bravest and most outgoing of the girls.
You probably would recognize her from cartoons and movies by that name.
Anyway, if you have a brave little girl, here's the perfect doll for her! She's in very good condition. She has some "beanies" in her tush that gives her some weight and allows her to sit unassisted. She does have a smudge on the back of her hat that you may be able to clean. I haven't tried.
She comes from my smoke free home.
