I am calling this kit Pre Owned ONLY because it has been opened and looked at, meaning some of the things have been opened but everything is unused and nothing is damaged. It has the instructions in it also. You can see from the pictures that it is like new. This is a great gift for a child this age that wants to get started in scrapbooking. It comes from a smoke free home.
