Fine Print;; Unfortunately, due to financial complications, I am unable to offer free shipping on this item, regardless of how high the bidding goes. I'm sorry, I wish I could, but I can't, so please don't ask for it. Please do not ask for lowered shipping fees- what you see is what you pay. Unless it is absolutely ridiculous, shipping paid by you is sent via PRIORITY MAIL FLAT RATE (be it $5.20 plus)-  it makes it easier on the both of us. Otherwise, you are being charged for packaging and shipping (sorry, like I said, I am unable to spare much extra money currently.) If you bid & decide against paying, please do NOT leave "neutral" or "negative" feedback- I held up with my end of the deal, it isn't my fault that you didn't. By clicking "bid", you are agreeing to pay the shipping amount stated- if you refuse, item gets relisted & I keep the credits, per Listia guidelines. I currently ONLY accept shipping fees via Paypal & I do not send until money has transferred to my bank account.  I ask that you DO cover the usage fee along with your transfer, as lately, I have had to cover the extra money because people have not selected "I'll pay" on it.
