Once the auction is concluded I will go to JoAnns website and purchase the gift card for $50. This is my first time doing it this way so I'm learning as I go. My understanding is that either they or I email the gift card code number to the recipient.

I think I'll add to the auction description that if someone prefers a physical gift card I'll get one & mail it. i have to remind myself that not everyone shops online at JoAnns even if they use a computer. Shopping online at JoAnn's is a matter of establishing an account with them.

On some things online is better, although they don't offer as wide a variety as the store. If it's a big purchase I check both places. Also, sometimes they have sales online that they do not have in the brick and mortar.
