The listing, NETFLIX PLAYER by ROKU has ended.
This is a Netflix player for someone who don't have a gaming console to run Netflix such as the ( Wii ) ( xbox ) or a ( playstation ) I believe those are the one we run our Netflix through our Wii This is almost new has remote all the adapter cords you will need so as long as you have Internet you can get Netflix comes with all the directions you will need to set it up. Thank You.
I have internet only, no cable and we have Roku. There are lots of free channels as well as subscription. Netflix is about $8 monthly for this. There are not as many movie choices as with Netflix DVD rentals. We are very happy with ours and do not miss cable (or cable prices)
No but like u said free is free not sure of the diffrents but I got a deal on it when I bought it thinking someone could use it so hope it helps someone out.
yes I just read on how it works on all t.v's new and not so new with the a/v cables red/white/yellow connector and it says all you need is a internet connection and connect to the internet using wireless or wired router access your sudscription to netflix or enjoy tons of free choices (not sure what that means) and decide what you want to wath and hit play. If any further qwestions that you would like to know more about this device jost Goggle it as I did since I never had this hooked up but thats the same info I had from the person I bought it from. Thank you
With Roku, you still need basic internet TV subscription, and a subscription to Netflix, HULU charges per movies but Roku has SO MANY channels available you won't need to subscribe to anything. Roku service is like $3.99 a month. But Roku totally worth it. YES I HAVE ROKU. Pandora and tons of channels you add for free, including sports.
Thank You for that info about all the other channels I would imagine that is what you would have to pay for as I just looked it up and there is no service subscription on the roku but I appreciate the info on it and knowing that you could get other channels other than just netflix. Thank You
I think you need to hook it up to the Internet or router I'm not sure I never hooked it up I just bought it to put up here an listia ( figured someone could use and like it )
