sorry, 1st class to Canada with tracking says it costs $9.00
but if you are willing to pay $6.50 (paypal) over the winning credits, I could do that.
there is a letter rate I might can use for free, but it won't let me add tracking online, so I don't know... I'll ask when I go to the post office.
