The listing, African Zebra Drums has ended.

African Zebra Drums made of cured bamboo from Africa. I'm throwing in a real American drum stick. These things have a really cool sound. I've got another set so I thought I'd let somebody enjoy these.

Um I looked up african zebra drum and it doesn't look like this one. So what would this one be called?

There are drums that have zebra skin for the head that are sometimes called zebra drums also. I don't know why these are called zebra drums but they are not the same style as you can see. I bought them from a vendor in Seattle Center years ago who called them African Zebra Drums.
