Actually the only way to list these with correct shipping method is to use the category Other Stuff > Other. For whatever reason when the policies were updated last year it seems that someone thought that all reward programs were automatically digital delivery, which is not the case for box tops or labels for education. Unfortunately, that's what I have heard from a few others as well. Apparently it needs to be listed that way right from the start in order to select the correct shipping. Perhaps the moderators could assist you in updating it.
