The height is 9 inches and is 15 inches wide
The handles are about 6 1/2 inches tall. The width is just about an inch wide. :)

Oh, I should mention that on the 28th through the first of January. I shall be gone to Disney World to sing. I promise I'll ship the bag as soon as possible! Probably on the 3rd or 4th. PROMISE.
