I don't know when you but premier jewelry they don't tell you unless it is 9.25. It's not marked so it's probably silver plated. When I put it in liquid silver cleaner it made more dhiny. But it is a new piece. I took out of box to take photograph. If you are not familiar with premier designs you could Google it. They are high end costume jewerly. Not cheap stuff. I hope this helps.
