About size 5 or 6 not too sure. I received this from a wonderful elderly woman when I helped her move some heavy plants. It has some engraving on the inside it looks like it says 925 but I'm not 100% sure I know it is silver because this ring has never turned me green. Unfortunately, I do not wear it and it is too beautiful to go to waste. USA ONLY!
