You'll never believe this, but I found this skirt at a thrift store and never got a chance to wear it.

It is a Tripps brand skirt, a size 14, and its short so above knee lenght. Black skirt with buckles and red grommet accents.

If I was offering free shipping I would have listed it with free shipping, thus because I am charging shipping means I CANNOT offer free shipping.
If I were going to offer free shipping, I would have put a clause in the main body of the auction. There is NO free shipping so please do not ask.
