this phone is like new,no scratches,comes with the battery and sim card,i personally have never even used the phone but it works great and is wifi compatiable it was under contract tho so u'll have to get it reactivated,and it can also be used as a pay as u go phone if u get it set up that way,the carrier is verison.Any questions just ask,happy bidding and merry christmas :)

but as i know, because im a verizon customer, verizon cell phones dont have sim cards... :/ still watching, my verizon iphone just broke and cant afford it right now :)
